Food Service Director
Eskaton is seeking a talented and experienced Food Services Director (FSD). This FULL TIME , EXEMPT positionis eligible to participate in our benefits package the 1st of the month following 60 days of hire for as little as $55 per pay period.
JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Food Services is responsible for the overall operation of the Food Services Department. The position oversees the coordination of the Food Service staff, the maintenance of the Food Service budget, ensure the dietary and nutritional excellence for residents and provides Food Services consultation for the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
AA degree in Food Service Management and Food Services Supervisor certification required. Serv Safe certification required.
Training and Experience
Three to five years experience overseeing a multi-level food service department or restaurant.
Job Knowledge
Knowledge of food service preparation principles, sanitation and safety standards for institutional kitchens.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
